| Heath Ingram: Acting Locally |
Heath is a Junior Public Administration Major. For Heath being is Wilks Scholar means having the desire to work for the greater good of the general public and developing a leadership style that is conducive towards that end. This year Heath is looking forward to working with the solicitor of of Cincinnati to address issues affecting the city. |
