The Harry T. Wilks Leadership Institute is grounded in the concept of collaboration. Collaboration between faculty, staff, and students; collaboration between university and community; collaboration among institutions and organizations. The Wilks Leadership Institute is uniquely situated in both Academic and Student Affairs to enable curricular life and student life to connect in meaningful ways. We strive to serve as a bridge between the many places on campus and in the community where civic learning can best occur.
