Interested in talking about leadership and eating free food? The Wilks Leadership Institute is having its fourth Lessons in Leadership event on Thursday, February 2nd in the MacMillan Great Room. Lessons in Leadership is a monthly dialogue series that offers students the opportunity to explore leadership within a variety of contexts. This month’s discussion is "Skating to Where the Puck Will Be: Transformational Leadership in a Rapidly Changing World," led by President Hodge. Lessons in Leadership is a great forum for meeting new people at Miami and encourages students to collaborate with others to further their understanding and practice of leadership. Please join us for great discussion, people, and food! In order to get you thinking about the event, attached is President Hodge's 2011 Annual Address, which will be the focal point of our discussion. Feel free to read the address at your leisure before the event, and start thinking about what it means to have an entrepreneurial spirit in today's society! We hope to see everyone at MacMillan on the 2nd! |

The Read to Lead Book Club has announced its book choice for March. The group has chosen to read Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath. This book will allow the reader to truly identify their strengths and shows them how to develop upon them.
