
In the summer of 2007, Miami replaced its aging SendMail system with a new Microsoft Exchange 2007 system. Between June and August over 35,000 accounts with over 22 million saved messages were moved to the new environment called muConnect.
This website served as a communications hub for the university community, providing migration schedules, project updates, a demonstration version of the new environment, training resources, FAQs and an interactive feedback resource.
